We are excited to be hosting special self-defense classes in May every Tuesday from 4:30pm to 5:30pm for the employees at Holmes Murphy & Associates. You can pay per class, or pay for all 5 classes and save. We hope to see you on the mat! All are welcome and no previous experience is required.
