How much are classes?
We have many different membership options available. We recommend anyone interested in our programs take advantage of our free trial. You can come try any level 1 class for free. Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes before the class you would like to try.
Our full schedule is online. The classes in red are our level 1 striking classes and include boxing, kickboxing, and muay thai. Can anyone train there or is it only for fighters?
Most of our clientele is just looking to get in shape, have a different work out, and learn some basic self-defense moves. You do not have to spar or compete. If you decide to take it to the next level, we can also help you there. We have members that compete in boxing, judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, kickboxing, MMA, and muay thai.
Do you offer one-on-one training?
Yes. All of our instructors are available for privates and semi-privates. You can set this up directly with the instructor of your choice. Can't make the classes but want to come box twice a week? We can set up boxing privates for you. Want to help your high-school wrestler get a little extra mat time? Come in for some wrestling privates. We have private lessons in boxing, wrestling, muay thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, judo, kickboxing, muay thai, and general fitness.
Can I host an event at your facility?
Yes! We are available for kids birthday parties, women's self-defense seminars, a private kickboxing class for your team at work, or anything else. Let us know what kind of event you are interested in having and we can make it happen.
