Both gyms border Plano: the North Dallas gym sits at Preston & Frankford minutes from West Plano, and the Richardson gym is just off US-75 at the Plano line (roughly 10 minutes from downtown Plano).
If you're in West Plano or along the Dallas North Tollway, the Hidden Gym North Dallas location at 17390 Preston Rd (Preston & Frankford) is effectively your neighborhood gym — most West Plano members are on the mats within ten minutes of leaving home. East and central Plano train at our Richardson headquarters at 235 N Central Expy, one straight shot down US-75.
Every discipline is on the table: Muay Thai and kickboxing, boxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, MMA, and kids programs from age 5. Fundamentals classes assume zero experience, sparring is always optional, and one Hidden Gym membership covers unlimited classes at both locations plus the full gym floor.
