What is Private Lessons?
Private lessons are one-on-one sessions with Guy Mezger or a senior coach, built entirely around your goals: accelerated fundamentals, competition prep, self-defense, a stubborn technical hole, or a schedule that group classes can't fit.
Who It's For
Beginners who want a running start before joining group classes, busy professionals with irregular hours, competitors sharpening for an event, and anyone who learns fastest with undivided attention.
How It Compares
Group classes build community, timing, and a broad game; privates compress months of correction into weeks. The strongest results come from combining both — most private students also train two or three group classes a week.
